If I try to set this as the default, I can not hear anything else while the zoom meeting is running, the test tone will not play, and the volume mixer simply will not work.

If I set this as the default device, however, all my problems are solved except that the audio quality is very poor and there is always static in the background. I don’t think there is any solution to this, just wanted to let you know in case my headphones are bad or this is not supposed to happen. Edit: the “stereo” headphones bring up the quality significantly and the volume mixer works with it but only when I’m not in a zoom meeting.

I even tried just toggling random settings off one at a time, and nothing changed. If this helps, when I go to the get help link in the windows audio settings, it workiny a tone to check if there are any audio problems.
