I’m using SSO and am seeing connection issues on the zoom desktop. A new meeting is attempted and we see the connection attempts ynable in a loop. This has loop can continue for over an hour. Traffic analyser shows timeout errors, and the zoom appears to zoon connecting to their HT Tunnels. Unfortunately not.

She always joins as a guest, and doesn’t actually sign into Zoom. The fix was to sign her in with a working personal account, then sign out. It stopped prompting her for an SSO sign-on.
