Insent has a seamless integration with HubSpot which has really helped us to identify and keep tabs on our prospects. Insent is great for chat purposes and in companies where there is a need for a fast response.

It’s great for engaging with visitors and converting them. The integrations really help to make the experience better for our prospects. Because of Insent’s human-first approach and phenomenal customer support, we can get moving a lot faster – we don’t have to laboriously plan out every conversational scenario for a bot-first tool.

Super smart team, fast product iteration, and a great price point – plus the integrations that make ABM a snap – make for a great experience overall. They do this through integrations with our tech stack. I also like that they ID companies via reverse IP lookup, so we can still route to the right person even when we don’t know who is on the site.

It’s also awesome that you can do custom pathways and experiences, so we can make sure the experiences and conversations aren’t annoying. They iterate really quickly, and, while it’s great for remedying any problems, it can be hard to keep up.

However, in being new, they are able to quickly and easily make product improvements. Drift is really expensive and included a lot of functionality that we did not need or intend to use. This is an elaborate scheme by Zoominfo to hide the legitimate 1-star reviews. This company is so fraudulent and a total scam. It’s illegal to pay for or produce fake reviews to mislead consumers.

Props to sitejabber for apparently having way more stringent qualification to screen out fake reviews. We should all report them to the FTC. I signed up for a free trial.

Didn’t get a free trial. I got called by a dude who wanted to set aside 15 minutes for a videoconference meeting. I agreed to it as I was curious about ZoomInfo. Well, between then and the time of the appointment, I looked them up. No thanks. So I emailed to let them know I was canceling the meeting.

The guy called me from a spoofed number that matched my cell’s area code. Not a ZoomInfo corporate number mind you, a spoofed number close to my cell. I usually regard those as spam, so I sent it to voicemail. Asked about rescheduling. I said, “So you call someone who’s business you want from a spoofed number?

Thanks but no thanks. Haven’t heard from them since. But given the reviews here, I am guessing I might be harassed throughout the week. Not professional. He also had no idea what my position was at a hotel Corporate Travel Sales Manager but insists that thousands of hotels use them. If plenty of hotels use you it’s mainly for leads of corporate travelers to try and secure business.

He didn’t even bother to show me how the platform worked and instead ended the call abruptly saying let’s not waste anyones time.

This is a bunch of low lives. They spidered our site and made up fake info about us. It’s just a fraud masquerading as a legit business. We tried contacting them to no avail. Zoominfo is more interested in enforcing their auto renew clause than actually working with their clients. You will not hear from your customer service rep until AFTER the renewal clause date has come and gone. They are not interested in finding out whether your company is using the tool or if you are dissatisfied with it. They are interested in the renewal clause. Check BBB rating. They stole your personal informaiton, post on their website for profit and refuse to delete it!

I have contacted them many times and request they delete my personal cell phone and email info. But got no response at all! Zoominfo go to hell! Recently talked to one of their sales reps closer. I felt like I was dealing with a car salesman or timeshare closer 25 years ago. He bad mouthed their competition and tried to get me to commit to 15 k on the spot.

Historically companies with this old style sales approach are trying to cover up flawed products or services. The salesman was probably a proud graduate of Trump University. Have not heard from Zoominfo in over a year and now they are threatening me with collections and auto renewing my account. Awful business practice. Buyer beware. I just heard from my attorney on the final offer from Zoom info. This is Monday so I have to use my payroll and rent to pay them off.

I will be very happy if I can keep anyone from going through this with this company. Do your research and use someone else. Since my last review I have hired an attorney to try and settle my account with Zoominfo. They will not just cancel the contract so they sent a collection agency after me. They do not discuss that you cannot cancel the program if you are not satisfied and they do not tell you about needing 60 days’ notice if you are not going to renew. If you miss the 60 day window, they auto-renew you and you cannot get out of it.

Through my attorney, we made a reasonable offer to settle since I’ve already paid a quarter of the contract and I haven’t used my credits 7 months, but they rejected it. Sometimes contacts and company pages are outdated and inaccurate. Luckily, you can submit a ticket for internal review to check on the status of a contact and see up to date information.

The accuracy of the data. Zoominfo has more direct dials, including cell phone numbers and desk extensions, than any contact database on the market. Zoominfo has very detailed data across all firmographics, but their employee count for small businesses between employees is often inaccurate.

For instance, in populating a list of companies with 10 or more employees, a lot of those person companies may only have one or two Not a big deal, in considering their accuracy for companies with over 20 employees and all the other pros.

It use to be a ‘steal’, but the pricing has continued to increase since Discoverorg purchased it. Still a very reasonable price for it’s value, but it is becoming frustrating as the costs continue to increase significantly. Rainking does not have the same depth for contacts.

It has extensive contacts within IT departments and identifies c-level contacts at a lot of companies, but not nearly as extensive of a database. Worth considering if only targeting IT professions. Has the same comparable level of direct contact info and a cool feature for viewing department diagrams for hierarchy of employees. For reasons stated above. Zoominfo has far greater direct contact info. Insideview is comparable for emails although not as accurate , but can not be compared for direct phone numbers they mainly only provide company phone.

I don’t know what I would do without Zoom. This came up at our company conference. A necessity for remote work. Zero qualms. I used to experience some issues with recordings, but they seemed to have fixed that as I haven’t experienced that in months now. If ZoomInfo can’t find it, I don’t think it exists. Apollo doesn’t give you as many credits and I found most of the information they gave wasn’t accurate. Overall it has been helpful as a sales rep that is looking for leads and info about the contacts.

The information needs to be better though. Linkedin has helped more in some cases. I like that the software is easy to use and manage contacts. Its set up is nice and the advanced search tools are nice. It overall has been a pleasant experience. The chrome extension has also been helpful in my hunt for new clients. I dislike that the information is outdated.

Its a good starting point but I wish they would scrub the lists better or at least allow users to suggest adding contacts etc. ZoomInfo has the largest database of companies, contacts in the USA, it helps our sales team, who are working with the US, to get relevant contact information and most importantly, the tool helps us to get direct dials. One other tool that helps to narrow down the list of contacts in a larger organization, is to search with filter to find only recently verified contacts.

The only other criticism is that unless you pay for a large number of “points” contact that you can download in bulk you are relegated to copy and paste at the individual level. It was many yeas ago, in fairness to InsideView, but Zoom was far superior in every way.

There’s not many cons about this software. This is being really nit-picky but So it is a bit time consuming. If ZoomInfo can find a way to allow you to add custom fields to the data before instantly integrating into CRMs, that would save a lot of time.

The value is incredible. The data quality is top in the industry and continually improving and expanding. When I joined Mygo Consulting last year, there was no easy way to get a large number of qualified leads and their contact information, so getting ZoomInfo solved that very quickly.
